All of Lori's art is painted on 140 - 300 lb. Cold Press Watercolor paper, and is shipped in an acid-free bag, unless the item is already matted and framed. All works are created using professional materials.

I am hoping you will always be satisfied with my art, however, I am willing to accept returns. Please contact me regarding your issues and after I receive your return, I will refund your money, minus shipping costs. All items must be returned with insurance up to the amount paid.
